We want you to love your Frii Wilii underwear. If the fit isn't right, let us know within 30 days and we'll send a replacement (within one size larger or smaller than your first pair) or issue a refund. Best of all? You keep that first pair. No returns, no hassle as a one-time courtesy per customer.
*Valid for one worn pair per customer as a Hygiene Guarantee. Subsequent pairs must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
We offer a No-Hassle Fast Refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. In line with industry standards (similar to Amazon), we refund the item total less the initial shipping costs.
